Don't believe everything the american television tells you. Conan O'Brian (or jay leno .. who cares :P) presented that as a german television show. But it is not real, it doesn't really exists. It's a parody by our british friends , i think. Only the americans didn't realized that, or just didn't cared about it just to get some laughs.

But ty i havn't seen it before, and it's funny xD
